Optometry practice
Founded Westchester Vision Care in 2015 and built it into a boutique practice with luxury eyewear, wellness and dry eye care.
I'm Dr. Jennifer L. Tabiza, an optometrist, 5x founder and practice growth consultant. Optometry, dry eye, aesthetics, med spas, contact lens technology, industry events, marketing and coaching: I've built a business in every one, and I bring all of it to yours.

On paper, your practice looks successful: patients, revenue, recognition. Yet instead of freedom, you feel overwhelmed; instead of growth, stagnation.
I started my career opening a boutique eye care practice with the same dream most new business owners have: to take great care of my patients and build something I was proud of. Over time I saw the untapped potential inside the practice, the growing demand for aesthetics and the overlap in patient needs.
With a clear vision and a willingness to take calculated risks, I transformed it into Total Body Aesthetic, a full-scale medical spa, while keeping my core optometry. In one year that decision grew our revenue by 300%.
Most consultants know one piece. I've owned, built or run a business in each of these, so the advice you get comes from the chair, the front desk and the balance sheet.

Built a dry eye clinic inside the practice and teach the business of dry eye success at Lumenis events as a Lumenis Key Opinion Leader.
Turned the practice into Total Body Aesthetic, a full-scale med spa, and grew revenue 300% in one year.
Co-founded Dr. Contact Lens in 2016: part CRM, part marketing engine, part growth platform for eye care practices. Inc. 5000 four years in a row.
Co-founded TechifEYE in 2019, connecting technology providers with optometry practice owners through roundtables, dinners and SECO pavilions.
Founded Aesthetic Coaching in 2023 to bring all of it together for doctors, optometrists, nurses and med spa owners.
I started in clinical practice, understanding firsthand the challenges of patient care, business operations and the pressure to do more with less. Practices were struggling, not because of their skills, but because no one taught them how to build a sustainable business.
Lesson carried forward: I know what it means when your expertise isn't translating to profit, and how to bridge that gap.
I didn't consult from the sidelines. I built practices from scratch, turning zero-revenue startups into million-dollar operations: the cold starts, the hiring, the marketing, the patient acquisition, the weight of payroll and the triumph of hitting numbers everyone said were impossible.
Lesson carried forward: I know what it takes to build a practice from nothing but vision and work ethic.
Co-founding Dr. Contact Lens and TechifEYE taught me marketing, sales, branding and scaling technology-driven businesses: what works and what doesn't when launching new services, building a brand, hiring the right team and avoiding costly mistakes.
Lesson carried forward: success without a strategy is just luck. I build systems that create predictable, scalable growth.
"I coach because I've walked through the fire, and I've come out the other side clearer, stronger, and more focused than ever before."Dr. Jennifer L. Tabiza

The brand, voice, mission and aesthetic of this coaching practice, the culmination of everything I've built across med spas, technology platforms and industry brands.

A full-scale medical spa with emphasis on regenerative aesthetics, biohacking and beauty, built from my own passion for health, healing, wellness and anti-aging.

The brand voice, event experience and community that connect technology providers with optometry practice owners.

I chose purple to stand out in a sea of blue icons. What began as a simple ordering tool became a CRM, marketing engine and growth platform for eye care practices.

My original practice, repositioned with luxury boutique eyewear alongside wellness, regenerative aesthetics and dry eye therapies.
Athletes have coaches. CEOs have advisors. The best doctors need strategic partners too. Coaching isn't damage control; it's clarity, performance and the courage to make the moves you know you need to make.
I don't coach from books or theory. I coach from practices that struggled, strategies that failed, and rebuilding again and again until clarity came. That's why the people I work with trust me.
